Kambiz Zare is an international economist and professor of International Relations and Management. With degrees from the City University of New York and Università degli Studi di Parma in Italy, he earned his Ph.D. in international relations and diplomacy summa cum laude from the Centre d’Etudes Diplomatiques et Stratégiques, INSEEC U.
